I'm a newbie just starting out and need all the help I can get! There seems to be alot of people across the water on here, is there anyone else on here who shares my timezone?!

    It's good to know it's not just me then! My ultimate aim is to feel happier and healthier, although I could do with losing 10kg before that happens!! Thanks guys!

    If you need help in understanding how mfp works and what it can do - I am sure you can also ask the guys living over the ocean. They are kind as well.
