Hello :) need a kick up the bum!

Ok.. I'm 31, have 5 young children. I've been on my journey for a little over a year now, managed to lose 3 stone with slimming world , then managed to put a stone back on in the last 8 weeks through stress eating..grr! So I'm back on MFP as I find calorie/food logging easier for me , as stops me over eating..even on *good* food. I have pcos so can find it really difficult as the extra testosterone makes me hold on to weight sometimes. Looking to meet people to chat to on here to help keep me focused :D thanks in advance

    Congrats on your loss so far! If it makes you feel better, I've gained a few pounds over the past month or so as well. Not sure how much is water weight and how much is actual fat, though. I suppose I'll figure that out as I recommit and start actually drinking water and minding my calories again. The holidays do it to me every year!

  • I've lost 3 stone before, only to gain 7! I think if you focus on the fact that you CAN and HAVE done it, you'll do fabulously! I know that's easier said than done, but with some friends on here, it makes it that little bit easier.

    Thankyou :) I weighed in and managed to gain 1/2lb this week.. I was really upset in all honesty, but won't let it affect this week..hoping to start losing from this week now :)
