Hello! My name is Noemi and I'm new to the forum. I am 42 years old and have a 1 1/2 year old. I'm 5'0" and weigh 129 lbs. My goal is to lose 10 lbs., what I gained with the baby and can't seem to lose them. I'm getting ready to purchase a treadmill to help me with my goal.
