Really need help being held accountable to my weight loss goal. Starting today at 238 and my goal is 150. My fitness goal is to run a marathon by this time next year.

    Hey my name is collin... I'm looking to gain. I started at 176 when got back into training and up 189, then joined mfp am currently 194. My goal weight 205...I know we have opposite goals but I can still help encouraged you . I use to be a personal trainer certified through Cooper Institute in dallas, tx.
