So today I wracked up about 1100 calories by about 4, but burned off about 950 at ultimate frisbee. It's 10 oclcok, and I'm not hungry, but know it isn't great to end the day with a little over 200 calories in my system. Should I eat, or just keep today in mind and try to make sure it doesn't become a frequent thing? Thanks

Eat something calorie-dense like nuts and do better tomorrow!0

I normally do pretty good when I know I have a game that night, but I had a big work order and didn't take lunch so I could get out a little early, and that ended up not happening, and I didn't want to just run out and grab McDonald's or something, especially before a big workout like frisbee. Thanks for the tip!0
