Have any of y'all used fitbit? If so, did you find that you better stuck with your goals?

    My daughter gave me a fitbit flex for mothers day. I love it. I find myself walking laps around the house to meet my daily step goal if im almost there before going to bed. I also love the sleep monitoring.
