Callouses

            I kinda like my callouses too. I consider them badges of honour.0

            I like mine too but if I don't manage them, they crack and become very painful. Not good for lifting.0

 Been in fitness for 30 years and have studied kinesiology and nutrition 
 I did, thanks. I'll try it. My son isn't ok with the roughness either. He wanted to hold my hand and said....ewwww!!!
