Hello!!

My name is Larisa!! I've been a member of MFP for a little over a year! I've lost 70.4 lbs total, but 30 lbs throughout 2015!!! I hope to lose at least that much, if not more in 2016! Tracking my calories and exercise and water intake has become absolutely crucial to my lifestyle change... I love it! I'm always honest about my caloric intake for each day ... Even if I go overboard. I think that is the most important aspect of MFP. If you can't track EVERYTHING, then why track ANYTHING. I'm here to support, encourage, and learn!!!
