Hello!
I am looking for some help with the whole meal prep side of things. I am looking to be more frugal this new year by packing my lunches for work.
I am just looking for any tips or tricks on how to pack a good lunch!
- I work 9-6 in a retail job, if that is relevant as to what I should be packing to keep me going in a fairly active environment.

If you have a store with a bulk food section, stock up. I take a little container of nuts for a snack. I buy bulk brown rice and black beans. I cook enough for my lunches and separate into containers. Then I toss in a handful of spinach and some salsa on top. Super cheap and easy.

What kind of facilities do you have access to? Fridge, microwave, prep tools etc.? I usually just take leftovers from the night before or a salad.

I use to portion out my leftovers from the night before, bring an apple, and have protein powder in a bag ready to be mixed. I use to work retail when I did that if it helps
