If you really like the idea of low-calorie ice-cream as a snack, why not invest in your own frozen youghurt maker? I am sure there must be some delish recipes out there and you can vary the taste as much as you like and keep it low-calorie with simple ingredients. You can add stuff like dark chocolate shavings, Pb2 (never eaten that but apparently Americans like it instead of peanut butter judging by the boards), whatever your imagination can come up with... Just log all ingredients and be mindful of the portions.0 -

Outshine frozen fruit or fruit & veggie bars are around 50 cals each and really good. Sugar free jello is 40 cals for the entire box, lol. Most lollipops...
For the most part, i plan everything into my day. Lately I've been making my own almond milk hot chocolate, a cup is just under 100 cals, takes awhile to drink, and covers the sweet tooth pretty well.0 -
light (artificially sweetened) yoplait is a bit more (90 calories), but fairly satisfying for the amount, and comes in a ton of flavors.0

Sugar Snap Peas. Crunchy and sweet. We love to dip 'em in homemade hummus.
Also, I just recently read somewhere that you can spritz your popcorn with water to make seasoning stick, and then season with cinnamon or nutritional yeast (taste like cheese) or whatever else is in the spice cabinet.
And about roasted chickpeas... I'm sure you can find some recipes on the internet. I tried them twice. They're really good when they're fresh outta the oven, but they lose quality fast. I read that you can throw them in the freezer right away, and then put them back in the oven to crunch them up when you're ready, but I haven't tried it yet.0 -
Make a box of sugar free pudding. Once set, Mix it with a tub of sugar free cool whip.
It gets the texture of a mouse. Yummy!0 -
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp Splenda® or Stevia®
Water
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice apples into thin slices and place in a 9×9 baking dish or pie dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and Splenda or Stevia. Mix so that all apples are coated. Place a small amount of water in the dish (about 1/4 in).
Bake apples uncovered for 30 minutes or until apples are soft and break apart easily.

A baked apple is great! Core it and peel it then sprinkle cinnamon, stevia and a little ground ginger. Takes planning but very satisfying when you crave Apple pie!0

If you don't have a dehydrator, you can also dry apple slices in the oven. I slice up two or three apples at a time, spread them on a couple of parchment lined cookie sheets, sprinkle with a little cinnamon/splenda mix, and dry for 3-4 hrs at 175. I put them in 2-3 ziplock bags and have them as a nice sweet crunchy snack ready to go. I'm also a fan of tatziki as a veggie dip or pita chip dip.0

Not sure if you're looking for a filling snack (not happening for 50 calories) or just something to satisfy your sweet tooth... but in that case, two pieces of caramels work wonders for me.0

I have the same thing every night for my bedtime snack...I dice 2 ambrosia apples put them in a large cereal bowl, drizzle water over them and then sprinkle a tablespoon of cinnamon on top. I microwave for 5 minutes and then stir. Let sit 3-5 minutes( freaking hot) and I have what taste like baked apples for under 200 calories. Warms my belly and satisfies my hunger pangs.0

Sometimes a sweet drink is all I need in the evening. I'll spritz Mio in to my water and sip that. Zero calories.0

An apple. Wash it, take the core out, put it in a bowl and microwave for 2-3 min till it gets soft. Sprinkle some cinnamon, and if desired 1-2 tsp of chopped nuts ( any kind; I prefer English walnuts). It is absolutely delicious.0

1) Get a cup of cocnut milk (about 25cal I think)
2) Put a grease proof baking sheet at the bottom of a baking tray or pot.
3) pour the coconut milk over the baking sheet in the pot so it forms a thin-ish layer (you want it to be thin so it's easy to break when frozen)
4) Freeze!!
5) when frozen break up the frozen coconut milk into lil bits & blend it until it goes thick but mushed like ice-cream.
6) grill a pineapple ring
7) put them both on a plate so it looks like a fancey treat lol
8) eat & enjoy

I have the same problem with sweets and cravings. Try Special K Divine Fudge brownies. They're only 80 calories and have a good amount of fiber. Same for fiber one or other Special K snacks. There are a lot between 80 and 100 calories. You can try to save that much in your plans for the day.0
