food raw or cooked?

Do i masure my food cooked or raw? Eg i have just scanned spsghetti pack barcode it says a 100g has 330 calories does that mean i must masure raw or cooked?

    I'd recommend typing raw afterwards. Eg "spaghetti raw' and a result will come in. Also will not hurt to look at the packet aswell. 100g os spaghetti making 330 cals would almost certainly be raw.
