Kettlebell Swings

I can't find Kettlebell swings as an exercise on MFP.
Just started a new routine and want to input the calories.
I do
4kg: 1 min.
8kg: 3 sets of 20 reps with 30sec rest
16kg: 3 sets of 10 reps with 30sec rest

The repeat (but with 4kg at end for cool down)
Takes about 20min, any ideas what I should put in as calories burnt?

    best way would be to wear a hrm and use an associated app to get a calorie estimate. I use polar beat and a bluetooth hr belt. If that is not an option then i would use the "calisthenics vigorous effort" option under exercise and get an estimate from MFP.
    Even though those KB swings are tough it's not going to be a huge amount of cals you get back.
