One. More. Time.

Why does Jan 1 always bring out the goal-setter in me? (In a lot of folks, not just me)
Every year I vow to lose weight, exercise daily, yadda yadda.
Well- I am getting olderrrr and I think I should Actually make a goal and STICK TO IT.
So- here are my goals for 2016:
1- Log into MFP daily before going online for other things (emails, social media)
2- Exercise daily (I am happy to count any/all movement as exercise like housework, cooking, walking at work)
3- Read or say a daily prayer or devotional before going online for other things
Checking emails, checking social media, looking at real estate, etc are all real time suckers for me. So hopefully I won't feel deprived or anything if I make a goal to get my MFP and devotionals done Before those other online things.
I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 174#. My target weight is 160-165#.
I look forward to joining this community and I wish you all diligence and perseverance in your health goals for 2016.

Hi there, I just joined (again!!) as well!! My first day is Monday though. I am working on creating an eating / exercise plan for the week, putting foods in my tracker etc. For some reason, I have to start these things on Mondays!! All in my head I know!! I'd love to do this together! Laura

    Good Monday Morning!
    Happy Tracking.
We went grocery shopping yesterday and picked up some fruits, veggies, and meal planning items.
I hope your first day goes well
