    I didn't know there was beginner shred!! I've been having such a hard time with level 1 30ds.

    Thanks for the advice @angelexperiment. I just had a look at excerpts from Beginner Shred on youtube and it doesn't look THAT much easier. Also, I'm seriously cheap and don't really want to purchase another DVD. Also, I tend to build up strength and endurance fairly quickly and I like a challenge. It might well take me more than 30 days to get through the 30DS but afterwards I'll be mighty proud. Luckily I also don't have any major join issues.

    Still - I appreciate the idea and if I find I can't get used to the standard version, I'll look into getting the beginner one.
