Hi everyone! My name is Heather and I am trying to get in shape! I have been struggling with my weight most of my life but when I became pregnant with my first child things just went out of control! I had been in bed rest while pregnant with him due to pregnancy complications so that didn't help anything. I was also diagnosed with PCOS which makes it very difficult to lose weight
