Three Years of Hard Work

These two photos were taken almost exactly three years apart, from 2012 to 2015. I lost just over 7 stone (about 100lbs, or 45 kilos).

I'm hoping to go even further this year, cut the last few bits of fat (I have a "love handle problem") and build more muscle. MFP and a Withings scale are my tools of choice! That along with my bike, running shoes and gym membership!

It's really inspirational to see people's stories on here, helps keep me on track and focussed. So I thought I'd share mine too.
