Weight not decreasing

Per my FitBit HR, I am burning on average 1700 and calorie intake averages around 1100. I want to lose 1.5-2lb a week. I weigh 134 and would like to weigh 120. How much should I be taking in to lose this weight? Looking forward to your thoughts.

How long have you been using this plan? How are you determining your 1100 calorie intake?
Before we go any further, we need answers to these questions.
That said, your weight loss goals are entirely unrealistic. Losing 10-15 vanity pounds, you should expect to lose about 0.5 lbs per week on average - not 1.5-20 -
Set goals for waist and hips. If you're burning many calories I assume you work out. Maybe you will gain some muscle and you won't be able to lose as fast as you hope. Good luck0

On an intake of 1100 calories, she will not be building any appreciable muscle mass.0 -

This. Assuming your numbers are correct, you aren't eating enough and you are trying to lose too quickly. You aren't doing your body any favors by starving yourself...but you are losing muscle! Be reasonable, adjust to 0.5 lb/week loss and enjoy the extra food you can eat.0 -

No...just no.
Please let's not start the new year with the "you're building muscle on 1100 calories per day" nonsense.0 -
You're NOT burning 1700.0
