I have completed my food diary for 100 days.I have a streak of 100 days of logging my food. I want to celebrate my streak but do not want to ruin my diet,I would like some advice. Thanks,Karlo Garcia

    A nice lean 4 to 6 oz steak would be ok. then go for a walk good luck keep up the good work. just to let you know i have logged for over 800 days and it works lost over 50 lbs and run 5 miles a day 4 to 5 times a week . you can due it.
