I've decided to be well and celebrate life everyday as I strive to live a balanced life. Not only do I want to lose weight and move more, but I want to love and accept myself as I am. For years, I would beat myself up and speak against my body. It didn't serve me well at all. Today, I realize that I must embrace wellness on all levels in order to achieve lasting results. I'm evaluating my thoughts, associations, habits, and goals. I'm seeking others with a holistic view of being well, not just trying to drop pounds. If you have the same outlook, then I'd love to have you as an accountability buddy. Join me in my transformation starting from the inside out!

    I'm here for you. I too am focusing on a healthy holistic approach to life, which includes eating well, exercising and cutting out the negatives. I plan to surround my self with positive energy and hopefully along the way, some excess weight may fall away - which would be welcomed!
