Just saying hello to everyone out there. I'm new to this. Just wanted to keep track of my eating and fitness habits over the winter. I am a wildland firefighter in the summers and in the winters I get lazy, let myself go, and have a hard time getting back into it come spring. Looking for any sort of fitness friends and motivation. Thanks. :)

    I get what you mean on motivation used to go to the gym all day every day from being 13-18. 21 now and I struggle I know its baddd.

    Thanks! Yes. Summers I'm hiking or working out all day every day. In winters I have a lazy job and am a student, so it's a lot of sitting around.
