Weird question, but is there an exercise to make your neck stronger, get rid of the flab and wrinkles on your neck. That is the only place I have wrinkles.

You're right it is a weird question. No exercise I know of to reduce wrinkles....period.
Getting rid of fat (anywhere) is about losing weight. But be warned your body will lose fat where it wants too.
We can't control this, unfortunately.0 -
Yes and no. Yes, there are exercises to make your neck stronger. And no, this won't get rid of flab and wrinkles on your neck. TeaBea pretty much nailed it on that point.
But don't shortchange the benefits of making your neck stronger even if wrinkles aren't affected. Your head is heavy, and unless you maintain neck strength as you age, you will gradually carry your head lower and lower until your chin is almost touching your chest. I'm sure you've seen this in the elderly. It's not a good look for anybody, and there's no time like the present to take steps to prevent it. If you do a Google or YouTube search on "neck exercises" you'll get plenty of ideas.0 -

You can tone your neck muscles laying on your back lifting head and bringing chin towards chest. Slow rep 7-10 seconds. Do a set to fatigue rest then so another set. Do this 2-3 times a week leaving a day inbetween to recover. This will strengthen the front of neck.0
