Hayfever arggghhh!

Does anyone find that when their hayfever is bad their face goes puffy? I find mine does:( and i feel bloated and sluggish with the hayfever

    Yes! I just feel rubbish. Its made me loose all of my motivation! :( I keep waking up really early because im sneezing etc. So im extra tired during the day! :(

    I take x strength Clariton 24 hours and don't suffer so much as long as I take it every day for a month or two. I'm suffering pretty bad right now. We have a soccer field behind our house and then I went and trimmed/cut the grass last night so my allergies are acting up full force. I also take allergy eye drops too (and there's a spray as well that works well).
