I have lost weight before, and I have lost the way quite a bit. But my career is going really well and giving me tonnes of self-confidence, and it's spurred me on to get serious about getting healthy.


I'm a work-from-home mum with two kids. My eldest is 9 and my youngest will be 3 next month. My husband and I are celebrating the fifth anniversary of our first date this summer, and the second anniversary of our wedding a couple of days later! And I could have chosen to time this better, because I'm leaving on holiday on Monday, but I think that it's best to start when you feel really motivated, and we do have plans to eat healthily throughout.
