50 lbs lost, 60 lbs gained

To keep it short and sweet, im looking for friends in the same boat who are educated and strong willed to get back to the old new them. I never really relied on friends before... but i may need to now.

In 2013 i got healthy and dropped a little over 50 pounds. Had a personal trainer at the end of my journey who got me down to 140lbs (5'8") and 15% BF... Then i let everything fall apart. Fast forward to today, im at 208lbs and i dont even want to know my BF%. Im embarassed because i am educated and i know what to do and was SO good at it... and now i am back at the beginning, where i NEVER thought i would be.

Is anyone with me?...

    Yep! Same here! I haven't gained anything back but I have fallen off the wagon hard these past couple of months! I definitely need friends with the same mindset to workout and stay focused! We got this girl!
