    Not sure how early I can post my numbers tomorrow. My building is having some carpets removed therefore all the computers are getting packed up today. I will try to post before leaving home in the morning. I am hoping for positive results. Tonight is water aerobics so that should help some. LOL- I got my haircut yesterday that should be about lb of weight gone. My hair is very heavy and thick so it feels much lighter now. Now I look like "Annie" according to my students today. Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow.

    Goal Weight for July 1st: 175.0 lbs which is also my final target 12.5 stone will be fine for me and then just got to maintain and tone up?
    Only just got to grips with the Budapest Binge last week and even after my return session on the 30 day shred yesterday could only manage a 4.4 lbs drop from last week giving me a huge target of loosing a further 6.6 lbs in 16 days! Of course I can do it? :tongue:

    REALLY happy with a 1lb loss, considering I've done no exercise and eaten crap for basically two weeks - but I'm back on it with a vengance now!! Good luck to everyone, and well done those who have lost! :)

    I know I opted in for the Challange, and then couldn't remember where it was so couldn't add my totals, lol. OK, so I'm new!

    Goal Weight 218 (I'm just going for the slow loosing 1lb a week - anything else is a fabby bonus!)

    I do my weigh in's on a Sunday...is there a reason that you guys weigh in on a Wednesday and I'm missing something?? So I checked back on my graphs to find the dates that I missed.

    Disappointed! I didnt lose anything this week!!!! I guess I will have to accept it...it was my birthday this past week. Went way over 1 day, but I thought I had made up for it this week. I guess I will have to really gear up for this week!
