Not sure how early I can post my numbers tomorrow. My building is having some carpets removed therefore all the computers are getting packed up today. I will try to post before leaving home in the morning. I am hoping for positive results. Tonight is water aerobics so that should help some. LOL- I got my haircut yesterday that should be about lb of weight gone. My hair is very heavy and thick so it feels much lighter now. Now I look like "Annie" according to my students today. Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow.0

Goal Weight for July 1st: 175.0 lbs which is also my final target 12.5 stone will be fine for me and then just got to maintain and tone up?
Only just got to grips with the Budapest Binge last week and even after my return session on the 30 day shred yesterday could only manage a 4.4 lbs drop from last week giving me a huge target of loosing a further 6.6 lbs in 16 days! Of course I can do it?
