Hello :)

I am a 23 year old young woman aiming to lose around 30kg/get down to around a size ten so two to three dress sizes. I'd love to get in touch with anyone who is in a similar boat to me?

My aim is to eat clean (80/20, let's be realistic!), go to the gym a couple times a week for a mixture of cardio and strength training and I'd also like to incorporate the 5:2 method in. Calories wise I'm still unsure :-/

I'm moving to London towards the end of this year so would love to get in shape by then!

    Hi I'm in a similar boat I've gained 2 stone in 6 months and aiming to work it off by doing cardio and healthy eating.

    Going gym 5 times a week using the app really helps to keep calories down and sensible.
