My HB is 9.6 I am very anemic , the doctor wrote me iron supplement . Would it effect my diet ? Or Have I to take it in consider when I count my calories ? . I have to lose 10 kgs and I can't go to doctor cause mom is refusing my weight loss as I get tired easily. But I know that's because my bad diet habits

If its iron tablets then i woulnt count them. I might count a sugary suspension though, maybe. Just so you know iron csn constipate you- so the scales will.show the weight if the food still in your system- dont worry about that. Its not body fat. If it is a problem i take a stool softener dulcoease which is very mild. Good luck

You are tired because of your low iron levels. Wait until they have stablised in the normal range before trying to lose weight. Then get the doctor to refer you to a nutrition specialist.

so do I . I will just try to eat heathier and drink alot of water cut down fast food now till my hemoglobin rises to the normal

It doesn't matter !
She is my mom ,she has to advise me if she thinks I am doing something wrong or she thinks that my weight is good
and I have to respect her.
And of course she won't interfere with my own plans .
I just don't want to make her worry about me. That's why I don't want to tell her

Maybe your mother is concerned because you are already at a healthy weight/BMI and you want to lose 20+ lbs. That, plus the fact that you are being secretive, raise some red flags.

Do you exercise at all?
I ask because sometimes when we are within a good weight range but are unsatisfied with our bodied,a good exercise programme, including strength training and cardio, can improve our body shape more than just dropping vanity pounds.
Dropping the pounds will give you the same body only smaller. You will still have wobbly fat.
Including exercise especially strength training will give you a more satisfying, firmer,re shaped body, quite often without losing as much weight.
Don't try to do much exercise yet. Get your iron levels sorted first.

I am here to tell you that I was mistaken and I just wanted to lose weight without thinking well .
Because exercising while having anemia is very serious I can't do anything without nutrient advice as I could have angina or chronic ischemia "studying is useful "
