You know what I think is funny but also sad about this list is that it basically means all the things we have done for convience are bad for us, we have become so obssed with time and money that we have forgotten to take care of ourselves! and we wonder why americans are so overweight!!

That is so true. I think it is time to look at ourselves and realise that life is to short and we really need to make a change for US.0 -
Thanks for the list. May I ask where it came from? I think it will be great to review it periodically and work on one point at a time until I am eventually doing most or all of these things. It's great to have a summary of goals to shoot for though! :bigsmile:0
