Aldi are selling Virgin cold pressed Coconut oil on Thursday at £2.99 - 300ml

    Go to an Indian grocery. We have been using coconut oil forever. You will get a good selection.

    Our nearest is 30 miles away.We have an Aldi in town so it makes a nice change not to have to drive a 60 mile round trip.

    I have that one here and use it for frying.For some reason when I add it to a protein shake it makes me feel sick whereas the virgin stuff doesn't.
