    You look great! And beyond that I love that you told the emotional and mental side of your journey. Cutting out the toxic people and working on how you got to the point of dependency on food and alcohol is a huge success! I realize more and more as I go on my own path how much food affected my mental state and the reverse was also true. Well done and keep it up!! Stay strong
