Cannot create a new recipe

When I try to add first ingredient, I am met with:

"There was a problem with your request
Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue."

This has been ongoing since I first tried about 10 hours ago. Anyone else experiencing this same issue?

    I did the other day, I gave up and logged ingredients separately. It did work for me today though. Hopefully whoever works on the website is aware so it can fixed.

    Thanks for the reply! It doesn't seem to be any better today. In fact, it's even more difficult to get to the first screen. I know my connection is just fine as MFP is the only website with which I am having problems. On another note, today I noticed that my dinner data from yesterday was not transferred over to Fitbit but I am assuming the problem is with MFP and not Fitbit.

    I've had this problem as well. Considering I can make recipes on the app, I guess it's an issue with the good old recipe builder.
