Hi, my name is Lisa and I'm from Georgia. :smile: I've lost a lot of weight before (about 7 years ago) and then got lazy, really lazy. I am back where I was both weight-wise and attitude-wise. I am so unhappy with myself and how I look. Today, I started on the path to losing weight and feeling great again.

    I'm In the same boat. I lost 50 pounds 7 years and and have gained it all back plus 10 more. I feel horrible. I'm ready to start again.

    Awesome! I look at this as a life style because it never ends. Try and do little things and dont set yourself up for something thats too hard to obtain. Take the stairs, go for a 20min walk everyday. Have one spoonful of ice cream instead of a whole bowl. You can do it!
