I have taken Herbalife in the past and it worked for me. However when you stop any diet, you will gain weight if you don't watch what you eat. I'm just looking for buddies that are also taking Herbalife in case I have any questions and support. =D

Don't do it. On the business side, it's a business pyramid scheme. On the weight side, it's a scam. Take it from these "satisfied" customers.
