I'm Tia! Hey how ya doin?
From Oct 2014 to April 2015 I was able to lose 50lbs with the help of the MFP app, eating right & exercising 6 days out of the week! My grandpa passed away in March 2015 & I gave up on my fitness goals & I went back to my old lifestyle of drinking multiple times a week & binge eating on crap food. Now nearly 9 months after I gave up, lost all motivation, & gained back 15lbs I've finally decided to get back on the horse & let me tell you what it seems harder then the first time around! I really want to succeed & finish my original goals! Seeing others succeed with their goals really helps motivate me so if you want a MFP buddy add me! I log in daily, my food dairy is viewable to added friends & so far have a 16 day streak. I'm reaching out for some extra motivation! Resisting the urge to binge eat is something I battle with daily, I'm definitely a food addict & working up the motivation to work out is sometimes near impossible! I look back at how much I succeeded in the past & I so desperately want to find that spark again! Thanks for your time. xo Tia

  • Same thing happened to me! I lost 25 pounds.. but then gained back 30 after the stress of family and the death of a close friend. I'm so sorry about your grandpa! Definitely love food.. and working out is hard with a busy schedule! Feel free to add me for support. Good luck!

Welcome back. I understand how the loss of a loved one can through you off. I am back after having a few people pass in 2014. I lost track of me and gained back 30lbs. Now I am back- currently on a 51 day streak- re-motivated and ready to reach my goal. Feel free to add and we can keep each other accountable.

Looks like you know how do it. You've done it. Sorry about your grandmother.

One day at a time. I'm loving this app myself. Please add me.
