When recording the food that you ate for breakfast, lunch, etc. I'm getting lost when I have to set the servings and the toppings on the food. What I do? Help please

If you don't have a scale for food your best bet is to get one. To be the most accurate you'll need to weigh or measure what you are eating. For example, a bowl of cereal could be 30 g for 130 calories. You would weigh out 30 g and log it in your diary.
Weighing dry food is more accurate than using measuring cups.
It may seem like a hassle to weigh everything, but once you start doing it, it just becomes habit. It really just takes an extra second or two.0 -

I don't know where you're located, but here in the US I've seen food scales as cheap as $10 on eBay or up to $35-$50 for really fancy models. You don't need anything fancy. Just a digital scale with a tare function that can handle grams and ounces.

Yeah you have to weigh your toppings, no other way to be completely sure what your serving is. For example, I used a cheese tonight that was 80 calories for a serving, with 28 grams in a serving. If I wanted a full serving I would weigh out 28g, but I could also log as many as I want if I don't have room for the whole serving. Etc.0
