Hi. I would like to join your group. Never done a group before. I need to lose about twenty pounds but ten by the end of this month would be great. Especially since I am traveling 12-20 Jan. Hey guys I am so sorry I've had technical probs with my phone tried everything to get back online! So I deleted everything and the app and started again and it has worked!!

Please please add yourself to the group you should be able to find it- it is called 10lb by end of January. Apologies for people who had already posted but would you mind posting again?

Put your first weeks weight loss goal in the group and we will weigh in and post on Monday!! No need to put actual weights as everyone will lose weight differently.

Again apologies for all the issues but we are up and running
