    NSV= Non scale victory.

    Those are some great lists that got me thinking.

    1. @ V ball league I can play an entire match without breathing like I am about to give birth.
    2. Get to shop in the M-L clothes racks versus the 2x. (Sucks also because M/L are most common and less choices because of that).
    3.When I pedal my legs dont keep bouncing my gut.
    4. I can see my belt ;o).
    5. I see less irritation on my inner thighs when doing any activity.

    Those are all amazing NSVs.
    I no longer worry about love handles. They have melted off of me and my tummy is finally flat! I don't have to worry if a pair of pants will hug me the right way or not.

    Wonderful nsv's...I love the vdouble butt bounce....I do that because I'm short and just some couches swallow me up...lol..congrats and may you have another list son .
