I am starting tomorrow. Really, I am. I have to do the rest days on Tuesdays. Can anyone tell me how it compares to Insanity?
In the beginning, it's much lower impact. It also incorporates weights in addition to bodyweight training. I haven't done much Insanity, so that's about as in-depth as I can get comparing the two.0 -

Just finished day 1 and feel great. I liked it, it wasn't too hard at all, but I know how quickly this thing escalates so I'm enjoying not being destroyed by Jillian while I still can0

Finished the 1st day of Week 2. Only have to do Workout 1 once more.
Are you guys noticing improvements yet? I'm down 3.4lbs and can now (slowly) do all unmodified push-ups the first time through. Started off struggling to do one regular pushup, so I feel ridiculously good0 -
I agree...every time I repeat a workout, I feel stronger. pushup will always be a struggle for me. Lol0

I hate running man too!! Worst part is that it comes back in a later workout 7 (I think 7)
So I just finished my first workout 1 (week 2). I used my 8lbs Dumbbells today but still struggle with military push ups lol

I hurt my knee doing the running man and had to take 2 days off until the swelling went down. Luckily one of those was my rest day. So I don't do that move anymore...0
