Support, motivation and ideas!

I am a 30 year old mother of a 3 year old boy. Moved to a new town about two years ago and have packed on the pounds since then. We are trying for baby number two soon and I would really like to lose some weight first! I am also a nurse and work 12 hour shifts about 4 days a week. Very busy but very sick of feeling like this. Any motivation or advice is more than welcome!

    Feel free to add me. I keep looking for truly supportive friends, but right now I just keeping ending up on the list of friend collectors. I'm also in my 30s and trying to get myself back in shape with the help of this community.

    Nice to meet y'all! Maybe on your free time go for walks with your son, or you can check out fitness blender on YouTube they put up great exercise videos! Add me and I'll help cheer you on, I'm also on the journey to losing weight I've lost 50 lbs so far. You just have to push yourself and not give up. Just believe you can do it and you will!
