weight loss is 80% diet, and it is very hard to out train bad eating habits. Assuming your eating habits are not up to par.0

I work out 6 days a week at the gym for 60-120 minutes per day.0

I agree with erickirb, but also twice a week (assuming a sendary desk type lifestyle) is not a lot. I believe the recommendation is 60 minutes of cardio a day (includes walking). This is a lot for starting out and with busy schedules, but 45 min. everyday or 60 minutes 4 times a week...just a thought0

You should be exercising 5 or 6 days a week, but it doesn't all have to be in the gym and it doesn't have to make you purple! I gym it a couple of days, run a couple, swim once and walk most days, even as active rest on my days off.0

If i was paying foe the gym i would go at least 3 times. Walk bike, throw on a workout dvd on your off days. and limit calories on days you are not moving. I workout everyday but i limit my calories too. I dont go to the gym though.0

I believe that diet is 90% and exercise is 10%. However, I make an effort to go to the gym 4-7 times per week for at least an hour. I'm also very conscious of what I'm putting into my mouth and stick to whole grains and 'nonfat' products. Don't be afraid to indulge your cravings either. Eat back at least half of your exercise calories. You could try the zig zagging method (I'm thinking of doing this), google it and theres a lot of information and testimonies from people who were successful in it, or you can look through the boards on here because people have been posting about it. Good luck!0

I had a baby 6 months ago and I'm trying to get back in shape and it is VERY difficult!!! However, I make an effort and go to the gym 5 days a week and do a 60 min. Zumba class on Saturdays. I also watch what I eat and make sure to stay within my alloted calories every day. It's not easy and at the beginning is when you have to be more drastic with your food intake and exercise but once you start seeing the results, there's no turning back!!! Good luck with your weight loss =0)0
