I just recently tried "overnight oatmeal" and love it. Although the recipe we are using is:
1/3 cup quick oats (uncooked)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of vanilla extract
set to chill overnight and topped with blueberries in the morning
although today I tried a different route, for a slightly sweeter treat, and I added a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and a 1/4 of raisins and skipped the blueberries. Super yummy!

I've done with and just add the blueberries to the whole mess without a problem. One less step in the morning. Thanks for reminding me about overnight oats!

I really need to do this instead of worrying about breakfast in the morning0
