Always the chubby kid

Growing up I was always the chubby kid. Which was fine. I was a decent football player. But by the time high school was done I weighed over 290 pounds. Two years later I was over 330. I took charge. I worked out six days a week and ate little. I dropped back down to 260. Was there for awhile but then lost some more. Was down to 245 (I was 235 my freshman year of HS). Then I stopped working out and eating good. I'm now 270. Time to get healthy again. First time in my life I'll be counting calories.

I just started the calorie counting thing myself. I'm still trying to get the hang of it! Add me!0

Good luck on the counting, it takes some getting used to. I have found that it is the one thing that really helps me succeed, however I find it is very easy to slip away from the habit.0

I like being able to scan barcodes so it does it for me. I still haven't quite figured out how to fully count home cooked meals. I'm terrible at this. But I'm trying.0
