It is always best to do workouts that you enjoy and that you can stick with in order to see results. You never "need" to do anything that you do not enjoy. It makes life so much more enjoyable finding things you love to do, so then it doesn't feel like work. With that said, doing tabata intervals are a fantastic and very challenging way to get into shape. As always, start out cautiously so you do not injure yourself and slowly build up your endurance and intensity as you get stronger. Gives workouts using anything from K-bells to barbells and for at home training bodyweight (mountain climbers, burpees).0 -
www.bodyrock.tv is an amazing place for tabata workouts. Most of the exercises on there are bodyweight, so you don't need much equipment. I have had such amazing results with it. I have increased my muscle mass, and lost a lot of body fat.0
