Hey,
I've just joined and wanting to shift quite a lot of the flab. Been to the gym this morning and logged my cardio, this has added a whopping 554 calories to my target. Do I have to eat all of them? Think I would really struggle, when I planned my meals for the day I just planned for my standard 1350 cals.

Welcome! I just do what my body tells me to. If I'm hungry, I eat the calories back. If I'm not, then I don't. I figure if I hit a plateau then I will stop eating them.0
