I am back...I was sick for 2 years...unable to exercise...lost lot of ground fitness wise, gained 27 lbs...I am trying to get back to my original weight and need encouragement and buddies. I work nights (awake shifts in a group home) so it can be challenging not to overuse food for quick energy and to keep to an exercise schedule. I want to do 20 min running 5x/week and 1200 calories a day to start (not as restrictive as it sounds, I am only 5 feet tall, and older). Anyone willing to be friends???
