Advocare is a fabulously expensive, unproven supplement that you don't need. With that said, you've already purchased it, so here's my two cents.
Whether you choose to complete the challenge or not, consider your goals. If weight loss is your goal, you need a calorie deficit. That's it! No shakes needed. Far cheaper
If your goal is health based, there are also lots of foods that can help you meet your goals without needing a supplement.
Above all, DO YOUR RESEARCH. The folks who sell Advocare are not well trained and don't have degrees in dietetics...they don't know any more than you do about health and nutrition --- but they know a lot about making money and false promises. Look at the claims they put forward and do real research about them. Find science (not paid for and published by Advocare) to back up why you do or do not believe it to be a good idea.0 -

There is a lot of vitamin B6 in it -- much more than any person needs. Some people are sensitive to that much B6 and have serious reactions to it.
