i have a hard time staying motivated!!! I started on the 1st so far so good. Could always use friends to help keep me motivated. Feel free to add me. I have about 40 pounds to lose. Would love to lose half by April 21 when I go on vacation. I am trying to stay motivated for that so I can finally put on a bathing suit and not feel like Flubber!!! WE can do this!!!

You can do it!!! I know it seems impossible now (I started at 210lbs) but its not! I lost 59lbs & am now 151lbs (5'7). Granted it did take me 2 years, but I could have done it quicker if I didn't give up every so often, but thankfully in these periods I managed to maintain my weight. What really helped me with the last 21lbs approx. was Insanity - I cannot recommend it enough! Yes it was brutal & yes I hated Shaun T but it became with a passion & I looked forward to pressing play each day, which kept me motivated. I didn't keep up with those on the video, I just did as much as I could do, for as long as I could, & rested when I needed to, not just when they did. Ideally I would like to lose another 4lbs but I'm not too fussed if I don't manage it; I'm focussing more on toning now. So believe in yourself you can do it, you are strong & determined!
