Hello! 100+ lbs to lose and excited!

Hey guys, my name is Alleigh and I have a little over 100 lbs to lose, my goal is 2 lbs a week.
Over the last few years I had 0 control over my life it felt like. I was constantly staying at friends house and able to control what foods were available to me, my work schedule was insanely unstable making it hard to plan meals, and I was so stressed I was constantly exhausted and craving unhealthy food, thinking I had "earned it" after having such hard days. On top of all of it my hormones fell out of wack and with all of these things I gained weight like crazy. 50 lbs in a year I think!
I talked to my doctor and got on some thyroid medication to help with my blow metabolism and energy levels and from there got in a new apartment and new job. I have so much more control over my life and decided it was time to get control of my weight.
I've joined a gym and so far been loyal for 3 full weeks, just started planning my meals and been loyal for a good 5 days now :) already do. Already down lb and a half! Very excited to start this journey and this app and sworkit are my total saviors!
Since starting my life style change of food and exercise I have noticed a huge change, I feel more positive and have SO much more energy
Right now I'm struggling with the temptation to try adding weight loss supplements to my diet, it's tempting to try but I know it will just hold me back in the long run.

Looking for people to track progress with and swap healthy tips and such!

Yes, do not use diet supplements. CICO is free and is the best way to go. Eat less, move more. Add me if you like and good luck.

Add me if you'd like. I'm just restarting myself. I don't know exactly how much I have to lose, but I know it's well over 100 lbs. Once I reach that marker, I'll see how I feel and set a more specific goal. Right now my goal is to feel good and get active.

I agree, do not use diet supplements. You seem to be on a good track now. Just stick with it. I sent a friend request.
