    I had tostadas with refried beans, trader Joe's soy chorizo (yum), eggs, whole milk yogurt and hot sauce. It was incredibly delicious. I forgot to buy lettuce on my many store trips this week, but normally I'd have some shredded lettuce to top it off.

    I took the easy route in just made a sandwich for lunch. Basic turkey breast with muenster cheese and dijon mustard. I ate it with some grapes and an orange. And a Diet Coke. Because it is my vice.

    I have the same thing for lunch most days - A ~ 150g apple with 32g of smuckers natural crunchy PB on it and a Quest bar.
